The lecture will be delivered by Dr Ken Jimbo, who is Professor of International Relations at Keio University and Managing Director of Programs at the International House of Japan (IHJ/I-House). He is also an adjunct Senior Research Fellow at the Canon Institute for Global Studies (CIGS). Professor Jimbo served as a Special Advisor to the Minister of Defense, Japan Ministry of Defense (2020) and as a Senior Advisor to the National Security Secretariat (2018-20).
Following the lecture, there will be a Q&A session moderated by Dr Oskar Pietrewicz, a Senior Analyst of the Asia-Pacific Programme at the Polish Institute of International Affairs.

5. Your personal data will be disclosed to entities which cooperate with the Polish Institute of International Affairs’ Public Information Office on organising events.
6. Your personal data will be processed for the time being of your participation in the event, and if you have granted your consent to receive commercial communications – until you resign from receiving it and will then be archived and stored for the period of 10 years.
7. You have the right to access your data and have it rectified, erased, restricted in processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, with no influence on the legality of the processing done on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.
8. You have the right to complain with the Office of Data Protection, if you decide that your data processing violates the regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
