On 2 April 2025, a remote meeting of the Editorial Committee of the Polish Diplomatic Documents series took place. The meeting was attended by Prof. Jan Jacek Bruski, Prof. Jan Stanisław Ciechanowski, Prof. Małgorzata Gmurczyk-Wrońska, Dr Magdalena Hułas, Prof. Dariusz Jeziorny, Prof. Piotr M. Majewski, Prof. Andrzej Paczkowski, Prof. Adam Daniel Rotfeld, Prof. Jacek Tebinka, Prof. Mariusz Wołos and Prof. Stanisław Żerko. Piotr Długołęcki (Editor-in-chief of the PDD series), Marek Rodzik (Secretary of the PDD series), and Ewelina Czarnowska (Editor of the PDD series) also participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, the current situation of the PDD series was discussed. Information was provided about the publication of the latest volume – PDD 1943 (ed. by Prof. J. Tebinka). The state of work under the following volumes in preparation was also discussed: PDD 1982 (ed. by Prof. M. Ruchniewicz), PDD 1920 January–June and PDD 1920 July–December (ed. by Prof. J.J. Bruski), PDD 1944 (ed. by Prof. J. Tebinka), and also PDD 1945 January–July (ed. by Dr M. Hułas). The scope and progress of work on the volumes prepared under the grant obtained by PISM from the National Humanities Development Programme were also presented: PDD 1921 January–June and PDD 1921 July–December (ed. by Dr K. Czechowska and Prof. K. Kania) and PDD 1922 (ed. by Dr M. Drozdowski and Dr P. Puchalski).
