Analyst with the International Security Programme. His research interests include the U.S. security policy, Iran, missile threats and missile defense, intelligence analysis and unconventional/hybrid warfare. He is former policy-planner at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and counselor at the Embassy of Poland, Washington DC. He graduated from the University of Warsaw and holds M.A. in political sciences, M.A. in international relations, and Ph.D. in political sciences. He is fluent in English and basic in Russian.
