Bartosz Wiśniewski -- joined the Research Office in 2008. He focuses on United States' foreign and security policy, and transatlantic relations. Managing Editor of the PISM Policy Papers series. In 2009, visiting fellow with the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Washington, DC. Graduated from the University of Warsaw, studied at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universitaet, Frankfurt am Main, and Universitaet Mannheim (Germany).
