The Polish Institute of International Affairs pursues an active policy of recruitment for internships, directed at both Polish and foreign students. During the internship, students have a unique opportunity to experience the work and organization of the think tank whilst conducting various analyses.
Those eligible for an internship at PISM are as follows: fourth and fifth year Masters students, Masters students of the second level as well as post-grad and Phd students of study areas linked with PISM’s work (for instance, international relations, economics, law, etc.)
The internship is two months long, consisting of an average of 20 hours a week (it is possible to organise your own hours flexibly). Internships at PISM are unpaid.
Internships are available in the Projects and Programmes of PISM: Energy, European Union Programme, Eastern and South Eastern Europe Programme, International Economic Relations and Global Issues Programme, European Security and Defence Economics Project, Middle East and North Africa Project, Non-Proliferation and Arms Control Project as well as the Office of Public Information.
