48-hour processing

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Buying from PISM e-Bookstore, you can be assured that the books will reach our storehouse and be dispatched forthwith. Where for reasons beyond our control the processing of your order is delayed, we will advise you to that effect by e-mail or by phone,  so you can possibly opt to annul the order.

Poczta Polska declares to deliver goods to destinations in Poland within 3–5 business days at economy-class rates, and 2 business days at priority-status rates. DHL company delivers goods to destinations in Poland on the next business day after dispatch day. Notice: Waiting time = order processing time + delivery time.

Book delivery to destinations abroad

Book delivery to destinations abroad is priced in accordance with the price list of either Poczta Polska or DHL. The delivery expenses are linked to the weight of goods delivered and the addressee’s geographical location. We will contact you to establish the form and costs of book delivery to foreign destinations. Foreign orders are processed only where the PISM bank account has been credit; there is no cash-on-delivery option here.
