Dorota Liszczyk: Compromise on the Creation of the European External Action Service (EEAS)

After almost three months of negotiations, on 21 June 2010 the presidency of the EU Council, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy (HR), the European Commission (EC) and the European Parliament (EP) reached a political agreement on a proposed Council decision establishing the organization and functioning of the EEAS.
