Marcin Terlikowski, head of International Security Programme. Since 2007 he has been defence analyst at PISM, focusing on European defence policy. He holds Ph.D. in defence economics (Warsaw School of Economics, SGH). In his research he focuses on Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP), including PESCO and European Defence Fund; defence industrial policies in Europe, European defence and military cooperation in bi- and mini-lateral formats; capability development in NATO, transatlantic defence and industrial relations. He is the author of numerous policy reports and academic papers on European defence, defence economics, Polish security policy and crisis management operations. He co-led a number of collaborative research programs, funded from FP7 and H2020, European Defence Agency, NATO Public Diplomacy Division, as well Norway Grants/EEA Grants, etc.
