After placing the order with PISM e-Booktore website, the Buyer moves to payment. Having selected the Przelewy24 option, they are redirected to the Przelewy24 system where a window opens with the list of banks. The Buyer selects the bank where they hold an account from which to effect the payment, and they are then automatically redirected to that bank’s log-in page (at which time the p24-xxx-xxx code is generated). The Buyer logs in and enters the generated code p24-xxx-xxx in transfer description (or, at a number of banks, has transfer details already entered by bank system). The Buyer then accepts the transfer. After the payment is completed, the system automatically logs off the user and redirects to the PISM e-Bookstore website, with information that the transaction was successfully carried out.
With payments from abroad, take the option “Przekaz/przelew tradycyjny [traditional transfer/remittance]”.
Having placed the order at the PISM e-Bookstore website, move to payments and select the option Przelewy24. After redirection to the bank-list page, please take the option “przekaz/przelew tradycyjny [traditional transfer/remittance]” and the last item „wpłaty z zagranicy [payments from abroad]” (account and SWIFT details are provided).
Delivery costs are added to each bill, and these are borne by the Buyer. Their level is linked to the weight of the goods delivered and the selected book delivery form (economy-class or priority-status postal mailing, or by-courier express delivery service). Cost details for the order placed are in view while selecting the form of delivery. If you wish to see these costs now, move to the dedicated information page.
No. The system will compute the weight of goods to be delivered and add the delivery costs to the bill. Details will be seen in your cart.
Order confirmation is sent automatically to your e-mail address. Where payment is by credit card or electronic transfer, an e-mail from the przelewy24.pl portal will serve as the confirmation of both order-placing and payment. You can check on our website www.pism.pl/ebookstore, in „my account” bookmark, whether the order moved to the processing stage.
The usual time for making goods ready for delivery is within 48 hours from order-placing. Where for reasons beyond our control this time is prolonged, we will advise you about that so you can possibly opt to annul the order. The waiting time is contingent on the selected form of delivery.
The waiting time includes the time needed to prepare the goods for shipment from our offices at ul. Wareckiej 1a in Warsaw and the time of delivery of goods. With Poczta Polska, the average waiting time for goods to be delivered is up to 10 business days, even though the company promises delivery within 3–5 days (and within 2 days for priority-status shipments). But it also may happen that the Buyer gets the goods sent by economy-class mail the next day after dispatch! The express delivery company DHL, with which we cooperate, delivers the goods the next day after dispatch.
Sorry, we do not have such an option.
You options are: cash on delivery, traditional bank transfer, electronic transfer, and credit card via Przelewy24.
