Lidia Puka (Leave of Absence)

She is a legal counsel and a political scientist. As a PISM Senior Research Fellow she analyses the development of the European energy markets and regulations, as well as the politics of the Nordic countries. Graduate of the University of Warsaw, and University of Cambridge Diploma in English and European Law conducted by the British Law Centre and member of the Circuit Chamber of Legal Counsel in Warsaw. Awarded scholarships of the MFA of India, and Norwegian Memorial Fund of May 8, 1970. In 2013 as a Dahrendorf Visiting Fellow she conducted a research on conditionalities for development of the electricity grids at Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
Lidia Puka is a manager of the GoodGov project, conducted together with NUPI and ISP PAN, and leads the Energy governance work package in the project.
